Deployments

SocialTokens are built around an “ownership economy” principle with the premise that a community will be more valuable tomorrow than today. Creators can monetize their work as a non-fungible token (NFT) or social token, and supporters can give something back to show their loyalty.

1 Minting

Owner of the social token can mint a certain amount of tokens for an account, proportional to the contribution he’s committed. The amount of the contribution will be observed off-chain by the owner.

2 Burning

Any holder of the social token can burn his/her own balance with a memo(bytes32). This can be used for a variety of scenarios such as a. burn-and-enter, b. burn-and-receive or c. burn-and-draw.

3 Revenue Sharing

Shoyu’s ERC-721 and ERC-1155 contracts are equipped with NFT exchange functionality in themselves(NFT721 and NFT1155 respectively). This is the cheapest way to optimize gas and give the owner the full power to change configs needed for trades.

1 On-chain & Off-chain OrderBook

To optimize gas cost when submitting sell order, orders are kept off-chain basically. When an account wants to buy the nft, he can pick the order with the maker’s signature(ERC-712) and execute it with a proper bid params such as the price.

It also supports on-chain order book, so you could submit ask orders. This feature was designed for contracts not EOAs. ) If you’re running a dao for NFTs, then contracts should be able to submit orders.

2 Variant Bidding Strategies

Strategies are separate from exchange contracts, so a variety of strategies can be plugged in to meet the seller’s demand. Supported strategies are: a. FixedPriceSale, b. EnglishAuction and c. DutchAuction.

• Fixed Price Sale: The first buyer who pays for the fixed price gets the NFT.
• English Auction: An English auction is a process in which an asset is sold through a suggested opening bid reserve or a starting price that is set by the seller. Increasingly higher bids are accepted from the gamut of buyers. Ultimately, the price is adjusted in a direction that’s unfavorable to the bidders.
• Dutch Auction: A Dutch auction is a market structure in which the price of something offered is determined after taking in all bids to arrive at the highest price at which the total offering can be sold. In this type of auction, investors place a bid for the amount they are willing to buy in terms of quantity and price.

3 Royalties Distribution

NFT royalties give the owner a percentage of the sale price each time their NFT creation is sold on Shoyu. They can choose their royalty percentage(0-25%).

4 Charity Fund

Among the royalties they get, they can decide how much will go to the charity fund vault. This vault is managed by a multisig wallet operated by Sushi team.

5 NFT Tagging

NFTs can be categorised and tagged to allow better searching capabilities.

3 Fractional NFT Ownership & Governance

If you’re holding a NFT721 token, you can call liquidate() function to turn your nft to a NFT721GovernanceToken (ERC-20) that’s representing the value of your nft.

2 Governance

Token holders can vote for a sell proposal to run the NFT governance. If more than minimumQuorum balance power is for the proposal that were submitted, then it starts selling process; It could be an auction for a fixed price sale.

3 Profit Sharing

5% fee is charged for every trade and it goes to xSUSHI holders.

2 Exchange for non-Shoyu NFTs

Способы стимулирования ликвидности на SushiSwap

What Is SushiSwap (SUSHI)?

SushiSwap launched in September 2020 as a fork of Uniswap, the AMM which has become synonymous with the decentralized finance (DeFi) movement and associated trading boom in DeFi tokens.

SushiSwap aims to diversify the AMM market and also add additional features not previously present on Uniswap, such as increased rewards for network participants via its in-house token, SUSHI.

Who Are the Founders of SushiSwap?

SushiSwap was founded by the pseudonymous entity known only as Chef Nomi. Little is known about Chef Nomi, or his or her impetus for forking off from Uniswap.

The project has two other pseudonymous co-founders, sushiswap and 0xMaki, also known as just Maki. Between them, they handle SushiSwap’s code, product development and business operations.

More recently, de facto ownership of SushiSwap was passed to Sam Bankman-Fried, CEO of derivatives exchange FTX and quantitative trading startup Alameda Research.

Bankman-Fried is a well-known participant and cryptocurrency market commentator, regularly appearing in media interviews.

What Makes SushiSwap Unique?

SushiSwap primarily exists as an AMM, through which automated trading liquidity is set up between any two cryptocurrency assets.

Its main audience is DeFi traders and associated entities looking to capitalize on the boom in project tokens and create liquidity.

AMMs do away with order books entirely while avoiding problems such as liquidity issues, which hamper traditional decentralized exchanges.

In the meantime, a fractional NFT of Doge has been auctioned on SushiSwap, reaching a total valuation of USD 225 million.

The auction was held on SushiSwap’s token selling platform, MISO, and garnered 11,942 WETH from 1,796 buyers, corresponding to approximately $45 million, raising the total valuation of the NFT to $225 million.

PleasrDAO purchased the original NFT for 1,696. 9 ETH, or approximately $4 million, earning a great deal on this auction.

In addition, 25% of the $DOG tokens were allocated to community programs for the further development of $DOG.

The platform used for the tokenization, Fractional. art, recently raised $7. 9 million during its initial funding campaign, and is increasingly being used in particular to allow those who cannot afford to purchase a single valuable NFT to acquire at least a portion of it.

For example, each single $DOG token currently on MISO is priced at only 0. 0000035186 WETH, which is obviously 0. 0000035186 ETH, or only $0. 013 USD. It must be said, however, that it corresponds to about one-seventeenth of the ownership of the original NFT. This has allowed nearly 1,800 buyers to take small ownership stakes in a digital asset with a total valuation in excess of $200 million.

The Shoyu Promise

With the NFT economy flourishing exponentially, expect Shoyu to give some stiff competition to the current leading marketplaces in the industry, such as OpenSea.

The Metaverse and the marketplace merged into one

The Shoyu NFT marketplace brings the best of both these worlds together. Through the Metaverse, participants will be able to seek digital serenity by implementing 3D galleries and a SushiBar. This will enable collectors and creators to interact with each other by chatting through the use of their Metamask wallets. Considering I previously mentioned that SushiSwap is cross-chain nowadays you can expect the gallery viewing to be multi-chain as well, which allows for different experiences.

‘Limitless collaboration’ is a pretty big promise, and one that Shōyu clearly makes in its pre-launch presentation. Unlimited splits for sales are likely to find favour with some communities. Not to mention creatives who are focused on those audiences. It will be possible to input percentages, roles and other vital information into each sale.

Considering SushiSwap’s multi-chain feasibility, the minting and transactions will be cheaper as it supports L2 solutions as Polygon, which also makes it more environmentally friendly.
