DC Comics has announced a new line of digital comics to be sold as non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and the publisher is receiving mixed reactions on social media.

At purchase, each DC3 will be randomly assigned one of five levels of rarity: “Normal,” “Uncommon,” “Rare,” “Epic,” or “Legend.” These would affect the appearance of “legacy” titles, with “normal” graded copies looking more discolored and aged and “legendary” copies looking more pristine. “Modern” DC3s will have variants for each level of rarity.

Once your documents have been submitted, the automated verification process generally takes a few minutes to complete but can take up to a few hours during times of high traffic. You will receive an email notification with the result of your verification once it is complete.

Confirm Your Listing

Enter your desired listing price and select ‘Continue’ then ‘Confirm Listing’.

A 10% royalty fee is deducted from all NFT sales on the DC NFT Secondary Marketplace. For example, if you sell an NFT for $100, a $10 royalty fee would be deducted from the proceeds of the sale and you would receive a total payout of $90 worth of Credits in your Credit Balance.

View Your Listing

You cannot edit a current listing. If you would like to change the price of your listing, you will need to remove your listing and create a new one.

Cancel Your Listing

Changed your mind about selling your NFT? Select the item in ‘My Collection’, click the ‘Remove NFT’ button and then ‘Confirm Delisting’.

Your NFT is being delisted from the marketplace. This might take a few minutes.

The proceeds of the sale of your NFTs will be received in the form of a Credit Balance. Your Credit Balance reflects the dollar value of purchases you can make on the NFT Marketplace.

Your Credit Balance is provided solely by Circle Internet Financial, LLC.
