HOW DOES IT WORK?

Fans will be able to spend their athlete tokens on the athlete’s own ‘Experience Store’, where fans can purchase priceless experiences and items directly from the athlete, from Facetimes to sporting event watch parties with the athlete and other fans, training videos, signed memorabilia, real-life meetups and so much more. Via the governance system, fans can even vote on what they want to see in the experience store.

When a fan purchases an experience, a percentage goes directly to the athlete, and the remainder is burned, removed from the circulating supply. As a result, the more experiences the athletes offer, and the more fans engage, the more tokens are burned, and with this comes more demand, creating a healthy token economy for all involved.

The platform works by connecting verified athletes to fans through an online platform and marketplace where fans are able to access NFT-based content from a wide variety of brands, sports stars and other providers.

NFT staking walkthrough

To stake your NFTs, select NFT staking on the left-hand panel, and then select ‘OPEN STAKING VAULT’.

Choose this option and then approve the transaction.

Your NFTs will appear, select the NFTs you would like to stake

Your chosen NFTs will display in a banner at the bottom of the page. Once selected, choose ‘APPLY STAKE’

Select ‘OPEN STAKING VAULT’ and approve the transaction. You have now entered the bank.

You must approve 2 transactions. One transaction to deposit tokens into the vault which is like setting up a bank account then the second to start the stake or like moving the tokens into a saving account to start to earn APR.

Your token stake amount will appear, you can un-stake at any time subject to the cooldown period. You can add additional tokens to your stake at any time using the same process.
